Located in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in central Fairfield County, Connecticut. Ridgefield, a beautiful colonial town has been established for 300 years. Originally settled in 1708 by about 30 families from settlements in Long Island Sound purchased the territory from the Ramapoo Indians. Ever since that time, Ridgefield's rich and textured history has included such personalities as Benedict Arnold and Eugene O'Neill.
